I recieved 2 message reminders that my appt was at 3pm. I filled out the documents requested, online. I arrived at 230pm. There were 5 people in the lobby 2 in front of me and the others came in after me. I waited patiently after I checked in until 3pm. The people that came in were now leaving. More people came in and she called 2 more people before I finally went up to the desk and asked, the brown haired girl, "when are they going to call me?" She responds your appt is at 330. I said I thought it was at 3 and sat back down. I checked my phone just to make sure and indeed the 2 messages said 3pm. I showed her my phone and she said oh that's automated text your appt is at 330. She was very cold and as someone who works in pt care she had no empathy much less CS skills. I said well I had planned on a visit at 3pm and I have other obligations I need to reschedule. With an annoyed look she said "ugh hang on" she was going to turn and do something else but instead she quickly looked at her computer screen and says we don't have appts for a while. At that point I didn't want to have to pay them money or my insurance company for any services. Terrible terrible pt/customer service. I have a spot on my nose that I have been watching for at least a year, I really needed this appt. but I would rather take my chances than have to deal with or see her again. So rude and unacceptable.
